Return Period

you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. The return shipment must be sent within the 14-day return period.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

• Unused and unwashed
• In resalable condition
• With original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please always keep your proof of postage, as it serves as your guarantee that the return has been shipped.

How to sent my return

To return an item, please sent an email with your return request to info@kogubag.com and we will sent you an e-mail back with the return link. With this link you can create your return label.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, item, or color, you must return the original item and place a new order.

Return Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our warehouse (as confirmed by the tracking information), it will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Please note that refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
